A new addition to Telkom Cape Town Entrepreneurship Week in 2011 is a three-day Exposition (Expo) taking place from 17-19 November – an ideal showcasing opportunity for any public or private sector organisation involved in business support and enterprise development.
The CTEW Expo is open to the public and it is anticipated that up to 4,000 people will attend the inaugural event. Visitors will include:
- Entrepreneurs: start-ups, small business owners, business students
- Service providers: support agencies, funders, consultants, advisers and government officials and decision makers.
The Expo is an ideal marketing and networking platform for incubators, training institutions, business colleges, government agencies, financial services companies, funders, information and support centres, technology and software vendors, business consultants and entrepreneurs. The numerous workshops, presentations and public talks being planned in and around the Expo venue will ensure continuous traffic and activity.
The Cape Town City Hall provides a non-traditional and creative space, allowing for specifically themed areas. These will be aligned to the various sectors of entrepreneurial activity, including support, funding, innovation, training and productivity.
